That’s why we created The Space - a private venue designed for smaller events of up to 60 guests. With clean, minimalist décor, it’s a blank canvas ready to be shaped into your own unique celebration. Make it yours.

  • The Space is rented by the hour with a:

    • four-hour minimum on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

    • Two-hour minimum Monday - Thursday.

  • Saturday & Sunday: $150 an hour or $1000 for a ten-hour day

  • Friday: $125 an hour or $900 for a ten-hour day

  • Monday - Thursday: $100 an hour or $700 for a ten-hour day

Venue Pricing:

Starting times are accommodated as early as 6:00am with all events ending by 11:00pm. Possible add’l fee for major holidays.
