The Space offers an easier way- a private venue for up to 60 guests with clean, minimalist style. A flexible backdrop you can shape into your own unforgettable gathering.

Venue Pricing:

  • The Space is rented by the hour with a:

    • four-hour minimum on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

    • Two-hour minimum Monday - Thursday.

  • Saturday & Sunday: $150 an hour or $1000 for a ten-hour day

  • Friday: $125 an hour or $900 for a ten-hour day

  • Monday - Thursday: $100 an hour or $700 for a ten-hour day

Starting times are accommodated as early as 6:00am with all events ending by 11:00pm. Possible add’l fee for major holidays.
