No complicated packages. Just straightforward pricing. When added to The Space upstairs it is 25% off it’s hourly rate.

Bring your own food, drinks, and décor, or work with your favorite vendors. Set up the space to match your event, whether that means seated tables, open mingling, or something in between.

Show up & enjoy
We’ll provide you with a personal door code. On the day of your event, let yourself in, settle in, and enjoy the space.

Pricing

Weekend Rates

  • Sat & Sun: $150/hour or $1000 for a ten-hour day

  • Fri: $125/hour or $800 for a ten-hour day

Weekday Rates

  • Mon - Thurs after 5PM: $75/hour

  • Mon - Thurs before 5PM: $50/hour

Hour Minimums

  • Four-hour minimum on Fri, Sat, and Sun

  • Two-hour minimum Mon - Thurs
